Creative Sewing Center in Minnetonka is teaming with Bundles of Love for a sewing day on Saturday, February 22, from 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Bring your sewing machine or serger and thread for your machine, and check out the in-store display to see what we’ll be sewing. Ready for some friendly competition?! It’s for a great cause…infants and their families in MN. Individuals compete to sew the most tam hats. Pick-up tam hat kits in the New Brighton warehouse, sew and return with your name on the bag of sewn hats. The winner will receive a gift card at the May meeting.

Joanne Larsen, Work Group Leader at Rochester, is transitioning her knowledge to Rochester leaders. She is one of the original 5 volunteers at the start of Bundles of Love. She will forever, be a champion supporter. Thank you Joanne for being a grand ambassador for BOLC.
Long time Burnsville workgroup leader Ruth Volk has stepped down at this time. We would like to thank her for her time leading this workgroup. Taking over for her will be Janene Meisch and Sharon Vogelgesang.

Congratulations to the Rochester Bundles of Love Group who celebrated Make a Difference Day on October 28 by packing 110 bundles! They also welcomed Josh, a speaker from Link whose clients have received bundles. Link is a program for homeless teen and early twenties aged young people.
